I've basically been promoted to the head cook position (sole cook so the title is mine!) and I spend most of my week baking an ungodly amount of pastry,quiche, and soups galore.

Due to the construction project thats going on outside of where I work, I was also recently one the news in a little interview talking about how the construction and the economy are effectiong the state of business at my little cafe/bakery. Since I was the only business that gave a rather upbeat feeling to my interview- we got more air time!
Now people won't shut up about seeing me on the news -_-;
Same instance when I got sucked into being in the paper in a little "what are you reading" sunday blurb thing. The reporter who was doing the segment apparently got a last minute call to do the article and she came rushing into the cafe asking if anyone in there was reading a book and would be willing to have their picture taken. Damned sense of compassion for the stressed -_-

I've made some little progress in the state of Anna's World, I'm actually wokring on a full page spread to replace and reowrk all of the begining pages...so that they make a little more sense in a story telling mindset...hopefully...

I've fallen back into Lord of the Rings Online, and am eagerly awaiting the release of a game called Dragon Age, as well as Mass Effect 2.
Also Baldurs Gate 2 looks good for its age.

I hope to be getting a Kindle this coming month, and am hoping my car won't die on me.
I'm still in the same relationship I've been in for...eight years I think? I've lost track, blasted anniversary things are so damned hard to remember -_-*
