'...the smell of almonds'

"...on the winter wind." Is the rest of the title -_-
Anyway this is my first submission to the group. Here's hoping I correctly guessed the three trivia components.

The tree is a almond-tree in full bloom, just to clear up the scent part of the title.

Edit: Well two of the answers anyway. Just realized I was missing the honey. Oops.
Theres a bee in one of those flowers though, really.
